Training outdoors allows you to enjoy fresh air and natural light, which can improve mood, reduce stress, and boost overall mental well-being, making workouts feel more energizing and enjoyable.
Outdoor training encourages the use of functional, bodyweight exercises such as sprints, lunges, and agility drills, as well as creative use of the environment like park benches or playground equipment, adding variety and fun to your routine.
Outdoor training can be tailored to different seasons, such as winter hikes or summer beach workouts, keeping your fitness routine interesting and challenging throughout the year.
Outdoor workouts often focus on functional movements that mimic real-life activities, improving overall body strength, balance, and endurance, which can translate into better daily physical performance.
Being in nature has been linked to reduced anxiety and depression, so training outdoors can improve not only your physical health but also your mental and emotional well-being.
Sunlight provides vitamin D, which is essential for bone health and immune function, and being outdoors can boost your mood and energy levels, giving your workouts a natural, refreshing boost.
Outdoor training helps break the monotony of indoor workouts by offering new and inspiring settings, which can increase motivation and make it easier to stick to a consistent workout schedule.

~ Imagine you receive a 25 year old car and you have no idea how well it runs or if it might just break down on you on the way to the grocery store unless an inspection is performed to get a basic understanding of it. People are like cars in the sense that the more time passes by the more damage we take on a variety of ways and putting a person through a workout without knowing their movement & joint capabilites is like trying to drive that 25 year old car fast on a racing track! Is it really worth it? Anyone can make you sweat, even normal gym goers who aren’t trainers, but a very few people can actually train you properly.
~ Prices are based on training within Motor City and Neighboring Areas.
~ Prices are around market price, or slightly above, or slightly less but the Quality is on a different level.
~ Prices are *SIGNIFICANTLY* lower than places or people that offer the Quality that you are receiving.
The only discounts available are for the following;
– Virtual Sessions
– Home Sessions (using my fully equipped home gym and outdoors training area in Motor City)
– Training Time (outside peak hours)
+ Living Area (distance)
+ Training Time (peak hours)
+ Requiring Very Advance & Specialized Training
+ 90 Minute Session Packages
+ 2 Hour Session Packages
+ 2 Or More People Training
~ Ordinary & Extraordinary Packages expire 30 days from the date of purchase.
~ Superhero Package expires 45 days from the date of purchase.
~ Why the difference? Customers training 1-4 days a week can always include an additional training day next week if they miss one the previous week. If customers training 5-6 days a week get sick or they have to travel, then they don’t really have the option of adding an extra session next week since they’re already doing the maximum sessions per week, and also think of it as a bonus to those investing so much in personilized training for their health.
~ Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or the session will be fully charged. Virtual Sessions can be done instead of losing your session (ask for details).
~ If I have the time to be flexibile and more convenient to you, I’d be more than happy to help and accomondate your needs! Typically when we agree on our schedule to work together, then the agreed times and days are the best for me and you as well I take it. If my schedule starts to peak then it becomes even harder to help acoomondate your inconsistent needs.
